Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

The current beta is intended for adults aged 18+. You must provide accurate account and onboarding information and keep your account secure.

2. Fitness service, not medical care

ChaosControl provides fitness planning, workout tracking, exercise guidance and adaptive training suggestions. It is not medical care, a diagnosis, treatment plan, emergency service or substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Safety

Exercise involves risk. Stop activity and seek appropriate professional help for severe pain, chest pain, fainting, breathing difficulty, acute injury or another concerning symptom. Do not ignore professional medical restrictions to follow an app-generated workout.

4. Training recommendations

Recommendations depend on the information available to the system and may be inappropriate when information is inaccurate, outdated or outside the intended scope. You remain responsible for your training environment, equipment and exercising within your abilities.

5. Accounts and security

You may not use another person's account, bypass security controls, interfere with the service or use the service to harm others.

6. Beta service

During beta, features, progression logic, content and availability may change. The service may experience interruptions or migrations while the product is tested.

7. Personal data

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Health/readiness consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms.

8. Account deletion

Permanent deletion can be initiated in the app through Account & Privacy or through the external Delete Account page.

9. Intellectual property

ChaosControl branding, app code, original training-system design, original written content and original graphics remain the property of their respective rights holders.

10. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be presented through an updated version where required.
